On New Year’s Day we went to a park and had an awesome time playing with the leaves.
Santa gave me this awesome wagon and a great play kitchen for Christmas. This (long) video represents my maiden voyage in the wagon. You also get a glimpse of the kitchen on the side. Enjoy!
I decided to show Mommy how to walk with the rings as shoes. She did okay.

I am preparing for my Manolos. I used a couple toy rings as shoes and practiced walking around the house. I’m getting pretty good.

Mommy and Daddy got me my own chair! It is obviously my chair because it has my name on it. Mommy likes to sit in it but I always drag her off because it is MY chair. I don’t really mind kitty sitting on it though. We’re good friends and he likes it when I pet him.

I went to the park today after school. Daddy thought that I needed help going down the slide, but the first chance I got, I slipped away and slid down on my own. Silly Daddy dove head first after me, but I didn’t need his help because I am all grown up (as you can see in the video).
I am expanding my dancing repertoire and moving on to partner dancing. Daddy is a good dancer but I am waiting for Mommy to teach me moves other than the White Man’s Overbite.
I feel like I know my Daddy pretty well, even if I didn’t quite walk a mile in his shoes.
Obviously I love Snoopy. These awesome animated Halloween Snoopys are fast becoming my favorites. Spooky Snoopy is teaching me some more dance moves while Count Snoopula is just cool.
I am working on my dance moves. I am inspired by Michael Flatley (Lord of the Dance), the Mexican Hat Dance, STOMP, Clogging, Stepping, Tap, and the I love Lucy episode where she is making wine.

Oliver made an awesome video chronicling his first year of life. It was such a great idea that I decided to do it too. There are over a thousand photos in about three and a half minutes-so pay attention, they go by quickly! You can really see how I’ve grown in just one short year. I hope you enjoy my movie!

I had a great weekend. I had a couple play dates and played with a bunch of fun toys. Mommy says that I need to practice sharing. I don’t know what she is talking about. What is this sharing thing? Apparently I am not supposed to grab another kid’s toy and hold onto it with everything I’ve got and I am not supposed to take a “swipe” at Oliver when we are both...

Why didn’t anyone tell me that walking could be hazardous to my health? This morning I was walking to give Mommy my socks when I crashed to the ground, slipped on the tile floor, and ended up biting the inside of my lip open. I’m fine. Mommy was right there to help me when I fell and I ended up having a great story to tell everyone at school.
I test drove the Cozy Coupe today. It didn’t go very fast as mommy noted. Daddy said that next time I should try the “M” version of the Cozy Coupe with better horsepower and suspension.
I walked and this time Mommy saw it! Everyone was cheering me on, Mommy (behind the camera), Marmee, Pau Pau, Daddy, and Griz.
Mommy gave me a fork today. Finally, refined eating! Now I need to get my hands on some chopsticks.
My great-grandmother Nanya challenged me to a walker race today. I won.
Lately I have been getting my workout by pushing the laundry basket and the dining room chairs around my house. This video is from today. I like to think of this clip as the pre-launch for the real thing. And like the space shuttle, I took off…that’s right…I took my first steps today without holding on! I barely made it three steps and Mommy missed it because she was at work,...

I think futbol (soccer) just might be my sport. I can hear the announcer now: “GOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLL!!!!”
Today was daddy’s day! I wished daddy happy da da’s day at 5am. He didn’t seem so thrilled. Later we spent a lot of time at Pyramid Brewery with daddy’s family including his aunt, uncle, and cousins. Daddy’s cousins Ben and Isabelle helped me perfect my skills at making bubble sounds. Here is a very short video of me practicing at dinner…
Mommy and daddy say sushi is really good. The sushi at this place looks quite fresh!
Shoe shopping
I went shoe shopping today with Mommy and Pau Pau. We went to Nordstroms so I could get my feet measured. I am a size 3-3.5. I checked out the Jimmy Choos and Manolos. Unfortunately the smallest size is a 4. I had to settle for some blingy silver T-straps.
